We may request information and documents needed to verify a customer’s identity, authority to act and contact details. For a business customer, this may include ownership and authorized-representative information.

Where appropriate, we may ask for additional information to understand the purpose and intended nature of the transaction. We may defer or decline a request when information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be reasonably verified.

Pricing, availability and fulfilment are subject to review and confirmation. We may consider the size, frequency, payment method, delivery or collection arrangements, and whether the transaction aligns with the information provided.

We do not accept an inquiry as an obligation to proceed. HADHRAWADI may pause, refuse or cancel a proposed transaction where required checks are not completed or where we have compliance concerns.

We retain compliance-related information only as appropriate for legitimate business, legal and regulatory purposes. Information is handled with care and shared only where necessary to operate our business, meet legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
